Criteria for a third-country national
Employees in companies of foreign interests are divided into the following categories:
(a) Highly paid employment receiving a minimum gross monthly salary of €2500.
(b) Employment at the supportive level
A labor market test and a sealed contract by the Department of Labor are necessary.
As soon as the applicant is granted a work permit, he may then apply for family reunification in order for his family to join him.
